Our Story
In early 2025, Brett Sturgill and Mike Mallory founded MBS Innovations. After 18 years of working across North America helping companies scale and build teams from the ground up, I saw firsthand how much the staffing world had changed. I started my career at a small staffing agency that grew exponentially, but as the industry expanded, it began to lose its personal touch. The focus shifted from genuine relationships and long-term partnerships to volume, margins, and speed. That’s when I decided to do something different.
